In line with our quality assurance arrangements, WwS commissions periodical surveys of customers’ views about the Company. This normally involves a request for customers to complete a short questionnaire (attached) in which we obtain and analyse their responses and scores against a range of questions including the quality of our staff and the services provided; cost effectiveness; response times etc. In view of the current Covid 19 Lockdown, your views are of particular importance at the moment. 

As some of you may know, we are in the midst of a thorough review of the business, which involves a complete overhaul of our brand, logo and website (WwS is determined to meet any challenges presented by the Coronavirus situation). In this respect, we may use any comments submitted via the Customer Care Programme on our new website, when it is launched, subject of course to your consent. 

All customers’ scores and comments will be tabulated, analysed and reported back. Please rest assured, any issues raised will be considered accordingly via the appropriate service manager or myself. Your feedback in relation to this range of questions will enable us to further improve our services and direct our future marketing in a more effective way having regard to customer needs.
