On 23rd February the National Employers made a full and final offer to the trade unions representing local government services (‘Green Book’) employees.
The main headline relating to the offer was a proposed flat increase of £1,925 (pro rata for part-time
employees) to be paid as a consolidated, permanent addition on all NJC pay points 2 to 43 inclusive.
This amount will be familiar to many people, with the 2022 award eventually finalised on the same flat increase to scale point values.
We now await a response from the Unions as to whether they accept the offer.
