Following the summer holidays in previous years, there has been a high demand for DBS certificate reprints for a variety of reasons.
We are happy to request a certificate reprint from the DBS if all the following points apply:
• The certificate was issued by the DBS over 14 days ago
• The reprint request has been made to WwS within 3 months (93 days) of the date of issue of the certificate (in this respect, Julie emails schools the date the certificate is dispatched).
• The applicant’s current address (to which the reprint will be sent) matches the address contained on the original application form. If the applicant has moved address since the application was submitted it is their responsibility to set up a mail re-direction or a gain access to their old address. The address given on the DBS application cannot be changed.
