Please note that as a result of ongoing strike action by Royal Mail workers, there may be delays to the arrival of DBS certificates. The Working with Schools DBS team continues to operate as normal but we are naturally affected by this industrial dispute.
We would politely ask our DBS customers to consider this before contacting us for an update as to the progress of a DBS certificate. That said, if you feel as though a check is taking longer than can reasonably be expected, or fear that a form may have been lost in the post then please let us know in the usual way.
