I am pleased to announce that with immediate effect, Ruth Holroyd has been promoted to lead our HR Team. Many of our customers will have spoken to or met Ruth, who, since she joined the Company nearly two years ago, had been working very closely with David Brett.
Ruth is fully qualified (CIPD) and has an enviable background in HR and management. She is also an active parent governor (Vice Chair) in a primary school in Salford LA.
Ruth has already forged effective working relationships with colleagues and customers. We are confident that she will continue be a most valuable asset to the Company in her new role.
