GDPR- Revised DBS Policy and DBS Applicant Declaration Form
As you are probably aware, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force prior to the summer break, superseding the Data Protection Act 1998 and other data protection regulations.
In line with the DBS guidelines and to ensure individuals are fully informed of their rights regarding the use of personal data, attached to this newsletter are the new DBS Privacy Policy and DBS Applicant consent form.
Subscribers to our DBS Services should ensure that applicants are made aware of the Privacy Policy and be requested to sign the consent form during the process of completing their DBS form. Please return the completed consent form together with the DBS application to Julie, in the usual manner.
