Over the course of April and May we invited our valued customers to complete a survey to in order to get a feel for how we are currently doing. The average scores per category are shown below:

What is your overall impression of Working with Schools? 90.6%

What is your opinion of the quality of the service(s) you receive from WWS? 90.3%

What is your opinion of the cost effectiveness of our services? 86.5%

What is your opinion of the quality of WWS staff? 87.7%

How do you rate our Payroll Service? 89.1%

How do you rate our HR Service? 91.7%

How do you rate our DBS Service? 90.0%

How do you rate our response times and our ability to adapt to national policy changes? 90.3%

In the event of an urgent or exceptional scenario, how confident would you be in WwS’ ability to maintain service levels? – 89.8%

How likely are you to refer WwS to others? – 90.0%

We are thrilled with these results! They are a testament to the hard-working, honest and conscientious staff that we have here at Working with Schools. We now look to increase these scores even further by acting on customer feedback in order to become even better.
